As a leader in the field, they are seeking a Payroll Administrator who is experienced in manual calculations to join their team and help ensure precise payroll processing.


  • Perform manual payroll calculations, including salary adjustments, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Validate timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies or issues.
  • Calculate and process taxes, social security contributions, insurance, and retirement benefits.
  • Maintain comprehensive payroll records, accurately documenting changes and updates.
  • Prepare detailed payroll reports for distribution to relevant departments and management.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
  • Stay uptodate with payroll regulations and compliance, adapting manual calculations as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and effective

The Successful Applicant:


  • Have experience as a Payroll Administrator, with a strong focus on manual calculations.
  • Proficiency in manual payroll computations, including complex salary structures and deductions.
  • Solid understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
  • Be confident in managing the multiple inboxes to answer queries
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in calculations.
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and other relevant tools for manual calculations.
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
