Essential Qualifications:

  • A clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, facilitated by us.

  • Ability to provide references for the last 5 years.

Role Overview:

As a Care Assistant, you will deliver bespoke care and support to our clients in their homes.

This role involves aiding with personal care, household tasks, and promoting mental and physical well-being through engaging activities, respecting their dignity and independence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Personal care assistance, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Household management tasks like light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Engaging clients in activities that promote their mental and physical wellbeing.
  • Administration of medication and maintaining detailed care records.
  • Compliance with all policies and regulatory standards.
