Description
Electro Mechanical Assembly Technician with Logistics and Spraying SkillsResponsibilities:
- Assemble small mechanical components according to drawing and specifications, using tools such as fine hand tool, glues and soldering equipment
- Test and inspect assembled components to ensure proper functioning and compliance with quality standards
- Troubleshoot and repair any defects or malfunctions
- Soak testing equipment and recoding results
- Coordinate the movement of materials and components within the facility, including packing and shipping finished products
- Operate and maintain fine model making spray equipment, including cleaning and troubleshooting
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with restocking as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in fine mechanical assembly, preferably with small parts and also electronic box builds
- Experience with logistics, including packing and shipping
- Experience with fine spray painting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
