Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional Financial Services business.


Due to growth within the business, our client have an opportunity for an Area Mortgage Manager to join the business covering the Worthing/Portsmouth/Isle of Wight areas.

Our client are directly authorised, with access to the whole of the Mortgage market.


This is an excellent position where you will be running, coaching, and managing your team of Mortgage Advisors to achieve our desired business levels and beyond.


You will work alongside some of our top performers who are passionate about our business and work tirelessly to ensure our customers always receive the best possible service.


Duties

  • Attendance at morning meetings to reinforce FS profile.
  • Regular visits to and 1:1 meetings with Advisors to monitor performance and business quality.
  • Liaising with Financial Services Sales Director and Residential Sales Operations Directors to ensure maximisation of opportunities.
  • Dealing with initial resolution of complaints.
  • Ensuring new Advisors are set up and integrated into their office environment.
  • Working alongside new Advisors and by means of discussion, role play and demonstration, ensure they become fully operational in a timely manner.
  • Perform 1st line compliance functions.
  • Demonstrate the sales process.
  • Be responsible for own business productivity.
  • Previous managerial experience.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Proven background in mortgage advice and sales.
  • Excellent ability to build rapport.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Problemsolving skills.
  • Hard working and focused.
  • CEMAP qualified (or equivalent).

Package

  • Basic Salary: £50,000.
  • OTE: £85,000 + Car + Benefits.
  • Location: Worthing, Portsmouth, and Isle of Wight.
  • 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
