Description

Pertemps are looking for a Customer Service Adviser for our well known client based in Basildon. The role is offered on a temp-perm basis.
The role
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Ensure all bookings are entered into the system accurately
Updating customer tracking reports
Respond to customer queries in a timely manner, solving problems that arise

Requirements:

Strong Customer Service Background
Experience in a Transport and Logistics setting preferred
Experience of working in an imports and exports preferred
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent telephone manner
Good IT Skills required
Must be willing to have a DBS check
Hours/Pay
Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
£10.80-£11.80 per hour dependent on experience
