ICR specialise in providing new business start ups, companies based outside the UK and companies that have unique credit positions with bespoke funding lines for company vehicles.


ICR Leasing work closely with vehicle brokers and dealership groups when it comes to providing funding lines to businesses with vehicle requirements.


Main purpose of the job:


You will be responsible for managing and authorising ICR Leasing's maintenance product and assisting with the day to day administration management of ICR's fleet.

You must be an organised individual who is thorough with general administration.

We are looking for someone with a solid Service Administration / maintenance background. You must have experience within a Car Dealership / leasing company and knowledge of the Epyx 1Link system.

  • Evaluate customer and vehicle needs on servicing or repair requirements via the 1link system and communication with the appropriate dealer, in line with manufacturer guidelines and ICR's internal maintenance budget
  • Ensure the customer is aware of all applicable costs and the progress of repairs in a timely manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate customer details to ensure the customer database is up to date across various systems and internal spreadsheets.
  • Set up of new contracts within our fleet management systems
  • Customer invoicing via Xero
  • Supported account management of new and existing customers
  • Become an integral part of the team

Daily task and duties:


  • First point of contact for all inbound calls
  • Assisting in vehicle disposals
  • Assisting in the organisation of vehicle logistics
  • Penalty charge notices and customer recharges
  • Managing daily post
  • Maintaining an accurate Motor Insurance Database for ICR
  • Controlling all of ICR's service enquiries through the 1Link system
  • Authorising all jobs via 1link
  • Managing and liaising with dealerships regarding payment
  • Updating 1Link with ICR's fleet movements
  • Assisting with audits and end of month processing
  • Assisting with monthly road fund licence process
  • Correspondence with customers relating to their contracts
  • Experience within the automotive industry ideally in a service / maintenance environment and using 1Link
  • Motor trade mechanical experience/understanding
  • Team player that always demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Approachable and personable
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to respond positively to a changing environment with flexibility to manage a variety of tasks and deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Evidence of a customer focused approach with emphasis on meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
  • The ability to think strategically and commercially
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Good time management having worked in a deadline driven environment

Package details
Basic Salary £24k to £28k dependent on experience + Discretionary Team Yearly Bonus (based on company performance)

£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
