The role of Marketing Manager involves all aspects of the Marketing mix and work to action current marketing/promotional plans already in place, as well as to seek new opportunities and bring fresh thinking to the organisation.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working in partnership with relevant colleagues to ensure that the Company's products and services are effectively promoted to the right markets to generate growth in customer numbers and average spend per customer
  • Delivering current/ongoing and seasonal marketing/promotional plans, as well as developing and delivering new marketing campaigns
  • Devising and carrying out customer and market research, and evaluating results to inform future marketing campaigns
  • Analysing, evaluating and reporting the impact various strategies and experiments have on overall business outcomes and making suitable recommendations
  • Continuing to develop 'destination marketing' opportunities for relevant services, ensuring these are promoted effectively to the tourist and leisure markets
  • Overseeing the design of impactful and attractive vehicle liveries, online and printed promotional publicity materials
  • Planning and overseeing the Company's eCRM strategy
  • Ensuring all Company websites and channels are current and updated with correct information, and using them to support marketing activities and plans
  • Managing a team of three

Profile

Job Offer

  • Salary: £36,000 and £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
