**Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £23,500 to £23,893 per annum (Grade D) | NorwichNorfolk County Council's Business Support Hub is responsible for delivering effective and efficient administrative support to the authority.
Our Customer Service Centre where we are based is proud to hold the nationally recognised Customer Service Excellence Award. It is our aim to align external and internal customer service. To achieve this, we are looking for highly motivated and process led individuals to join our expanding team.
If you've got a business support or administrative background, then you'll know what makes for a great internal customer experience - excellent communication and a desire to resolve queries at the first point of contact.
We support numerous other services and over a period of time, you will receive full training to become a multiskilled officer.
We ask that you have in place good broadband connectivity and can work privately when at home. On occasions you will be required to work from other locations so should have access to transport.

We are looking for people who:
- Have experience of business support and administrative work.
- Are comfortable engaging with a diverse network of people via various access channels from business support colleagues to senior managers.
- Can follow defined processes.
- Have experience of financial activity and procurement.
- Have good attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
- Can use a variety of different systems. Have a service improvement mindset, wanting to make things better for our customers.
