Strictly Recruiting are on the look out for Claim Handlers on behalf of their client, a successful Accident Management Company, to work within their RTA department.

Salary:
Competitive, Based on Experience

What We Require:

A can do attitude.

Previous case handling experience.
A high level of customer service.
A great work ethic.
Excellent communication skills.
A confident telephone manner.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Previous RTA experience.
Accurate IT skills.

Key Focus:

The main aspects are taking details of new claims and handling their own allocation of existing claims until such time as the client is back in the pre-accident position.

Either their damaged vehicle has been repaired or they have been paid the pre-accident value.

When taking a new claim, it is the handler's responsibility to ensure they have comprehensive information before making their decision as to whether the claim is valid and the client's losses are recoverable.

This responsibility will continue throughout the claim ensuring that the claim progresses swiftly, again in an attempt to secure the subsequent recovery aspect.
