The Role:

You will join a close-knit and down-to-earth Corporate team as a Senior Associate.


As one of the most active firms in the region in terms of deal volume, and with a strong pipeline of work, this is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join the team as they look to capitalise on their success and continue their dominance in the market.


You will play a lead role in transactions, focusing on M&A work for high-profile, national clients across sectors such as retail, sports, and finance.


As a senior team member, you will play a vital role in the team's ongoing growth, by nurturing existing client relationships, getting involved in new business development, and mentoring/supporting junior lawyers.

Requirements:


  • As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer with 5 years PQE
  • Experience leading on M&A deals is essential
  • Comfortable building internal and external relationships
  • Able to lead, motivate and supervise a small team
