Description
We recognise the value in having people with a variety of backgrounds, experience and skills in our business. That means the role requirements here should be seen as a guide, not a checklist. If you have more, less or different experiences, but really relevant skills, we'd love to hear from you.

We work flexibly and will support you to find a healthy balance of remote working and time in our fantastic Southampton office, collaborating, taking part in events and developing the social connections that make working with us so rewarding.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss reduced hours and job share arrangements.

The Role
The Insight & Data Science Team helps guide the company to make the right business decisions.

The Insight Executive will play a key role in helping the team provide insight on consumers, existing guests and the cruise market more generally.

A proactive, organized, and methodical individual who is keen to support on a wide variety of projects and tasks, with an understanding of, or interest in, consumer research and the holiday market.

This role would suit an individual looking to develop their career in Consumer Research and Insight.

Accountabilities include:

  • Support with the smooth running of our UK omnibus research; scheduling and setting up of surveys, assisting with the review and sign off process and distributing results.
  • Own the day to day running of our research panel, including assisting with ongoing panel recruitment, engagement of our participants and creating polls and discussion rooms on a variety of topics.
  • Maintain an up to date and accurate internal library of insight (knowledgebase) and play a role in showcasing the information/tools that we have available to the business.
  • Provide support to those accessing insight data systems; being the main point of contact for internal stakeholder queries, user login administration and training for our survey and text analytics tools.
  • Support with tasks relating to our finance system such as setting up new suppliers, amending supplier details and coding invoices.
  • Team processes and surveys run smoothly
  • Team knowledge consolidated so it can be quickly accessed inside and outside the team
  • Projects commissioned to deadline and some BAU project management tasks taken off Insight and Research Managers

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

This role is a CUK10 and is offered on a full time permanent basis, with at least two days based in our Southampton office.
