National Industry Head of UKCB Cash Management Sales:


London:


What will you be doing:


  • Stakeholder Management (30%)
  • Influence Senior Director and MD Level stakeholders, challenging effectively to achieve the right outcomes. Be the 'goto' person for the Cash Management Specialists both internally and externally, promoting thought leadership through senior stakeholder relationships, including with relevant industry specialist boards.
  • People Management / Leadership (20%)
  • Accountable for team performance, talent management (including succession planning), and personal development, in line with internal process as well as the strategic direction of the team.


  • Drive Performance (20%)

  • Define, implement and execute the Cash Management strategy across the UK and the International locations. This will require the role holder to deliver against a robust set of financial and nonfinancial key performance indicators for the area. This will include accountability for management account performance for these product lines, indirect accountability for credit balance performance management, market share, recruitment, attrition, share of wallet, customer and staff satisfaction


  • Sales Management (20%)

  • Use CRM Tools to sales coach and motivate the Cash Management Specialists
  • Training and Coaching (10%)
  • Ensure that all Cash Specialists are fully trained in all aspects of Cash Management Products
