A global, leading cost consultancy, now have a new, exciting opportunity for an experienced Market Lead to join their team, based in the centre of London.

The Company

The successful Marketing Lead will head up a talented team of alike professionals, and take the lead on Business Development, Marketing, social media and assist with Bids.

The Marketing Lead
The Marketing Lead will have previous experience within the construction industry.

Chartered Marketer
Previous management experience
Experienced in writing and editing copy for multiple audiences and channels
Highly organised and an effective communicator
Strong technical skills, Microsoft Office and Adobe packages
Experienced in google analytics

The Role

The marketing lead will be expected to create, plan and execute the marketing strategy

Industry Engagement

Identify and attend industry events as appropriate
Host events
Write copy for articles/papers for external publication
Raise the profile of our industry involvement with external organisations, such as BCO, CTBUH, RICS, BCIS and produce thought pieces offering analytic opinions
Coordinate, write and manage award submissions

Website/Social Media

Plan and execute social media strategy
Analyse and report on how digital content is being received
Create and manage website content
Establish and develop video content and creation

Projects/clients/ Bidding

Develop and lead project database
Develop client plans for new and existing clients
Interpret and collect client feedback
Overall bid management, establish bid library and facilitate bid process to ultimately maximise the success rate of Bids submitted
Overseeing CRM integration

**In Return

Salary:
£65,000 - £75,000**- Private healthcare
