Reporting directly into the Head of Learning and Development the role of Group Training Advisor plays a pivotal role in driving forward the businesses wide ranging L and D/ Training agenda.

Based at the company HQ but with occasional travel to other sites (company and 3rd party) the role would suit a driven, self confident individual with a passion for developing people.

• Design Implementation and Delivery of Training both inperson and online
• Significant E-Learning experience
• Driver of L and D culture
• Working with company Academy and all levels right up to senior management on training and leadership programmes
• New Starter Inductions
• Experienced LMS user

Knowledge of the Food Industry is a positive but not essential.

Salary:
£32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
