Contract:
Full time, Permanent

Salary:
£23,000 PA

We're on the lookout for motivated and confident relationship builder to take on an exciting new position as Business Development Officer (B2B Sales) in our client's growing business as they continue their mission to provide an exceptional member experienceand grow their customer base.

About the role:

In this role you'll be supporting the Marketing team by nurturing relationships with Partners, often starting with cold-calling and networking as well as social selling, via LinkedIn etc.

You will be proactively creating and following up on leads to be ableto meet with and influence key decision makers within the partner businesses, leading to long term relationships that develop and accounts which grow over time.

What you'll be doing:

Networking to grow your contacts and build a firstclass reputation
Meeting with key decision makers in partner businesses to share the benefits for their employees
Building and maintaining relationships to develop and grow new business opportunities
Working to targets and in line with the organisation's Marketing Plan

What we're looking for:

First class communication skills are a must the confidence to speak to a wide variety of people, build strong working relationships and deliver presentations both online and facetoface.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills and a focus on getting the details right
Excellent planning and organisational experience the ability to communicate and plan towards events
The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, taking initiative and working innovatively to reach and exceed targets.
Experience of working in a target driven role in a B2B Sales environment
Having your own transport is essential there will be the need to travel which of course will be covered by expenses, but a full UK license and a car are essential for this role.
