Description
To respond to requests for referral into the service from clients and health care professionals.

Offer all clients that refer appointments for an assessment and add to clinicians calendars.

Respond to calls into the service to action their queries.

This can be for creating referrals, booking clients in for assessment and to pass queries onto the relevant member of staff.

Administrative requests from the Administrative Manager


We are searching for a highly motivated individual to join our team; the successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing a high standard of care.

You should have good organisational and IT skills and have the ability to prioritise your own workload. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well within a multidisciplinary team.


Your duties will include dealing with telephone enquiries, making appointments, filing of screening records and general administrative duties associated with the banding of this post.

Probationary Period

Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust.

All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment.

As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes.

The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.

High Cost Area Supplement - London

This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,108 and a maximum payment of £5,177 per annum pro rata).
