Role Description

  • This role will be undertaken on a rotational basis.
  • Shift Pattern: will work dayshift and backshift, mainly on a weekly rotation but must be flexible to cover both shifts for more than 1 week at a time (rota will be provided)
    Dayshift (Monday
  • Thursday) 05:4 14:00 (Friday) 05:4 12:00

Backshift - (Monday - Thursday) 13: :00 (Friday) 11:4- 18:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Making up batches to SAP recipes
  • Booking in all appropriate materials onto SAP
  • Goods in checks on raw materials, physical and analytical
  • Stock taking and BBE control
  • Maintaining consumables within the department, presenting orders requisitions to line manager
  • Complete all analytical tests on completed batches
  • Pass out acceptable batched on SAP
  • Maintain a comprehensive H&S system within the department in conjunction with the engineering manager
  • Identify required updates on operating procedures to the Quality Manager
  • Maintain suitable hygiene standards at all times
  • Ensure all products and containers are fit for purpose and in a condition suitable to enter the syrup room.

Role Requirements

Preferred:

Working within a food process department

  • Working with SCADA systems
  • Knowledge of CIP systems
  • Working to food quality standards
    Essential:
  • This an excellent opportunity to work within the processing / quality team of one of the UK's major food suppliers.
