About Us:
Sky Garden are a leading independent Urban Greening company based in Tewkesbury and covering the UK. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

As Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the logistics and supply chain operations of our green roofing projects.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including contracts managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure the smooth flow of materials, equipment, and resources.

Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be instrumental in ensuring the timely delivery of construction materials and efficient project completion.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the logistics and supply chain operations for green roof projects with the support of the logistics manager.
Collaborate with contracts managers and clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and material needs.
Source and select suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong relationships.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.
Track inventory levels and manage stock availability to meet project requirements.
Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and ensure timely and accurate material arrivals.
Coordinate transportation logistics, including arranging transport and managing delivery schedules.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any logístical issues or challenges.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities.

Requirements:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work well in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
