Newcastle

£23,500 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Between 7am and 11pm Monday - Sunday

What will you be doing?

  • Providing excellent customer service & responses actively, on behalf of Barclays
  • Breaking down complex issues or customer queries and assimilating a wide range of information to fully comprehend cause, impact, and solution
  • Being proactive in knowing the short, medium, and long term customer needs and seeking to provide personalised and effective outcomes for the customer and the bank
  • Communicating with other business areas as required to ensure a great customer outcome
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements whilst adhering to relevant Policies & Standards

What we're looking for:


  • Experience of operating in a customerfocused role
  • Proven experience in promoting an excellent customer journey
  • The confidence to communicate with a wide range of customers
  • The ability to demonstrate sound communication skills, able to use a range of communication styles that are tailored to the customer and the situation

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Experience of working in retail banking
  • Experience of working in a virtual environment
