About the FSRH


The Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH) are leaders in the field of sexual and reproductive healthcare, and we are the voice for professionals working in this area.

As a multi-disciplinary professional membership organisation, we set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, and champion safe and effective sexual and reproductive health care across the life course for all.

We are a small team of staff based at London Bridge and across the UK, and a commissioned Clinical Effectiveness Unit based in Edinburgh.


The role:


  • The main responsibility of the Training Programme Coordinator is to support the FSRH's specialy training programme.
  • You will be the primary point of contact and support for specialty trainees, applicants and assessors, Educational Supervisors and Training Programme Directors, escalating issues as required.
  • Guide and support applicants, trainees throughout their journeys by providing accessible information, suitable resources and signposting to opportunities
  • Support committee chairs and representatives in delivering objectives related to specialty training
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of educational materials relevant to the specialty training programme
  • Create and maintain up to date documentation and information
  • Manage and maintain the training ePortfolio, including production of user guides
  • Maintain accurate records and produce performance analysis and evaluation reports, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Service and support committees including effective organisation of meetings, preparation and distribution of papers, minute taking and maintaining up to date records.

We are looking for a individual with experience of:

  • Carrying out administrative functions in line with policies and processes, and using these to support improved delivery and experience for members/customers.
  • Working independently in a pressurised environment to manage time and prioritise workload
  • Experience using digital platforms and technology (e.g. ePortfolios, CRM databases, Learning Management Systems, website editing)
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
