Who We Are:

As a Recruitment Consultant at AK Teaching, you bring schools and educators together, towards a better education experience for staff and students alike.

In our various offices you will join a hardworking and supportive team covering the 3 main education sectors Primary, Secondary and SEND.

Each member of the team will be responsible for building your own database of educators and schools across the local area.

You will be supported every step of the way and we will celebrate the success you have together.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Interact with clients through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality teachers and support staff
  • Maintain the four AK principles
  • Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives

A highly resilient person, who is also open to personal growth and continual development.

  • Have an ability to empower people and have a keen eye to match the right people with the right roles

£22,500.00-£25,500.00 per year
