Part time Self Storage Sales Assistant positions, Hours Per Week. Willing to work around other responsibilities for work pattern during the week however there are set hours at weekends.
This allows for working the following set shift pattern:
Part Time: 2 week days (depending on what you need) and weekends.

Flexibility required to cover holidays / sickness.

Required to work bank holidays.

Working hours will always fall within 9.00am - 5.00pm weekdays, 9.00am - 3.00pm Saturdays and 10.00am - 2.00pm Sundays.

Job description:
Customer Advisor

• A well presented, sociable and enthusiastic person is required to assist with the day to day running at our
  Magenta Storage St Albans branch.
• You will be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers.
• The job is situated within a relaxed but professional small team and in a pleasant environment working with nice colleagues and customers.
• You will be primarily tasked with ensuring the facility operates to its most efficient level whilst at the same time displaying a "can do" positive and pleasant attitude with all customers and colleagues.
• This will involve selling storage units and related products as well as general running of the facility for our customers.
• Holiday entitlement will be discussed.

Rate: £11 per hour starting rate, which will be increased to £11.42PH after 3 month probation period

Professional Skills:

• Keyboard / IT Skills such as Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written.
• Experience of sales procedures, being set and achieving targets.
• An understanding and experience of health & safety procedures.
• Full driving license preferred.

Personal Skills:

• Can demonstrate excellent customer service skills through a helpful and "can do" attitude.
• Self motivated, flexible and able to work as part of a small team or alone.
• Of smart appearance.
• Highly punctual and excellent attendance record.
• Able to act off own initiative.

Full training will be provided
