Lead Generation Specialist
Duties:
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to prospective customers, employing telemarketing techniques to effectively generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Utilize strategic questioning and active listening to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Maintain meticulous and uptodate records of all lead generation activities using Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads for conversion.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
Skills:
- Proven success in sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Preferential experience in telemarketing or lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM software, for efficient lead management and progress tracking.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey product features and benefits persuasively.
- IT proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office, Cloud Software & Data handling.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients and energy suppliers.
- Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to assess client needs, provide solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Proficiency in analysing energy consumption, energy data and proposing customized solutions.
- Strong problemsolving skills to address client challenges and optimize energy efficiency.
- Ability to diagnose an event, adhere to, and enforce protocol & policy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 PASS Grades in GCSE (C or above).
- Degree, NVQ or C&G in Business, Sales, Energy Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the energy sector.
- Indepth understanding of energy markets, renewable energy sources, and energy efficiency technologies.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and policies in the energy sector.

£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
