Area Sales Manager to join our team in
Bristol, West Country.

This unique opportunity will appeal to entrepreneurial individuals with a strong background sales or experience in Business Development; Service Selling within SME sector who has a commercial mindset and exceptional Relationship building skills.

Key to thesuccess of this role is the ability to develop and nurture a Referral Network, generate leads - meeting and presenting to Warm Prospects, proactive Account Management and supporting the Finance Professionals delivering services to Clients.


Working collaboratively as part of a wider team, you will be fully supported in your new role to develop and grow Business in your Region using our proven approach.


Introduction

YRH Finance Team began in 2007 and we've been rapidly expanding ever since. We now have 100+ finance professionals and 130+ clients who we work with every week and month. Our purpose is to help SME business owners be more successful andfeel happier, and we do this by professionalising their accounting function; enabling them to access, and implement, accounting best practice and work with the best finance people - streamlining their accounting process and preparing and explaining financialinformation that positively impacts profit and cashflow.


Salary:
£40,000 + Commission

The Role


As a
Area Sales Manager for
YRH Finance Team, you will be providing SME clients with a tailored financial support service while developing, nurturing, and maintaining a steady referral network, lead generation - meetingsand presenting to prospects, proactive account management and supporting the finance professional's deliverance of services to Clients.


Your job will be:


  • Creating new business prospects through proactive networking and relationship building with new / existing partners and business contacts
  • Developing trusted relationships with your regional portfolio of clients to retain their business.
  • Following up new business prospects and win new clients.
  • Managing client accounts (once established)
  • Leading a team of Financial Controllers and Finance Managers deliverance of services to clients
  • Fully accountable for managing and further developing our business and brand in the region.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales, prospects, and activity reports
  • Achieving personal and team sales targets by supporting and monitoring your team's performance
  • Working in collaboration, where appropriate, with other regions to grow our portfolio of clients, brand, and culture.
  • Working closely with our Recruitment Team to hire new Financial Controllers and Finance Managers for your region.
  • Using professional business acumen to demonstrate the value of the YRH Finance Teams support.

Experience, Knowledge, and qualifications

  • Demonstrable history of successful lead generation, business development, and introducer development
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a natural ability to nurture and build relationships.
  • Ability to communicate, connect, present and influence credibly at all levels of an SME organisation.
  • A Finance professional who has transferable skills and the appetite to take on a new role.
  • Proven experience of problem solving and account management
  • Proven track record of exceeding personal sales goals
  • Organised, dependable and entrepreneurial.
  • Selfstarter, results, and outcome orientated.
  • Open mindset and collaborative approach with a positive attitude
