Description

Please see the attached Job Description and Person Specification Your responsibilities as an STR Worker include the promotion of recovery, helping service users to engage with their care plan, and providing support with daily living so that service users needs are met, including supporting tasks for discharge.

As an STR Worker you will be required to maintain up-to-date and accurate records, and to work within a context where issues of confidentiality and risk management are paramount.

Experience of working with people with mental health problems is essential. Working hours are predominantly Monday

  • Friday, pm, though there may be the occasional need to work weekends and bank holidays with prior agreement.
