Band 4 Nursing Associate
You will be a registered Nursing Associate and keen to work in community health as part of a district nursing team.
You will be caring for mainly housebound patients in Newham and working a shift pattern Monday to Sunday (early shift is 8am - 4pm, late shift is 12pm - 8pm).
You should be highly skilled in delivering compassionate care and reflective practice to ensure that your skills and knowledge are constantly updated.
Your main duties will include medication management, including insulin, wound care, pressure ulcer care, management of vital signs and nutritional status of patients, catheter care.
