EVENTS & PRODUCTION MANAGER - Newly created role

Hybrid Working

Near Chester

Salary negotiable depending upon experience plus excellent benefits


Roles like this don't come around often This brand new position is perfect for someone who has experience in producing TV and perhaps wants a more varied role within a smaller company.

It emcompasses producing online and in person events, managing hugebudgets per annum, project managing each event and essentially being 'in charge' of all production.


  • Managing 4 large annual events plus ad hoc events throughout the year
  • Ensuring all components of the production is in place on the day ranging from sound, lighting, video, production members etc
  • Managing a large events and production budget
  • Managing a small team
  • Working closely with the CEO and Leadership team
  • Building relationships with external suppliers, managing timescales and SLA's
  • Liaising with the marketing department and working collaboratively

What experience you'll need

  • Experience of managing large events
  • TV production experience
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a budget
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Happy to be involved and manage the smaller events also right down to inviting guests, table and seating plans etc
  • Excellent communication skills and able to challenge stakeholders and suppliers
