About You:


  • You are ready to take the next step in your career by taking responsibility for the implementation and delivery of people focused processes and operational plans as part of an excellent and awardwinning company.

You will have previous experience of delivering people related (HR) processes (including payroll) and administration within an environment that requires high standards at a fast pace, ideally within a Professional Services organisation.

You will be organised and have high attention to detail with the necessary flexibility to respond to a variety of demands in a dynamic business environment.

You will have a strong desire to drive excellence through high quality service delivery within the People & Culture team for the benefit of our internal and external stakeholders.

You will be team player with strong stakeholder management skills that allow you to build collaborative working relationships across the business, communicating and positively influencing within the People & Culture team and beyond it to deliver the agreed operational priorities.

Previous experience of working in a pensions/financial services or in an ISO 27001 or 9001 accredited environment may be beneficial.

A payroll related qualification or experience in administering internal monthly payrolls will be highly advantageous.

You will be aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times in respect of the sensitive nature not only of the internal people management, but of our business.


Responsibilities & Criteria:


  • You will be responsible for ensuring all of our operational people related processes are documented, implemented, and executed to provide a high quality experience for stakeholders and for supporting the People & Culture team in delivering our operational plans. You will continually review and implement process improvements, manage internal and external stakeholders, be comfortable with data management and analysis.This is a great opportunity to join an organisation at a time when we are growing and evolving how we operate across more locations and with more employees.     Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the people related elements of payroll, pension, and benefits cycles ensuring accurate record keeping, data management, and quality checking processes are in place and implemented.
  • Take the lead in the implementation of our new hire, induction, and leavers processes, liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring completion of all tasks and records.
  • Manage the organisation of our records and administration with accuracy and efficiency in compliance with our processes and quality standards.
  • Support the L&D Partner in coordinating our L&D requirements including processing submissions for professional exams, arranging internal and external training, event organisation, ensuring optimal record management and the availability of audit trails for authorisations and implementation.
  • Support People & Culture Business Partners in regularly reviewing and updating our policies and ensure all processes, procedures, and internal team guidance documents are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect our culture, practice, and to embed continuous improvement.
