D365 CE Support Consultant, £35K, Microsoft Partner


I am working with a Microsoft Gold Partner who due to company growth are looking for experienced Support consultant with experience supporting users on Dynamics CRM.

The company have a wide range of clients with some big projects upcoming for you to work on.

As well as this they are offering the chance to train you into a Functional Consultant within the first 12 months offering quick progression.


As a support consultant you will be focused on supporting their end clients with 1st and 2nd line support queries regarding their Dynamics CRM system.

You will be responsible for dealing with and logging tickets and providing great service to the users.


In return you will be offered a base salary of up to £35k depending on experience, training and progression into a Functional Consultant which is great for someone looking to move into a consultant role.


Essentials:

  • Strong D365 CE experience
  • Experience supporting users on D365 CE
  • 1st and 2nd line support experience
  • Great communication skills
