Software Development Manager Overview:

  • You will be required to set goals for members of your team and conduct performance reviews to ensure these are being achieved.
  • You will assist in supporting the recruitment for team members
  • Throughout your role you will be the spearhead for the development team providing technical leadership and mentoring more junior members of the team
  • You will still actively code within your role
  • A fundamental part of your role will be to establish and create roadmaps for our projects as well as create estimations for when these projects will be completed
  • You will be required to liaise with the wider team and create excellent relationships
