Every year it manufactures more than 1.6 million units, leading the industry in both innovation and sustainability to suit a wide range of industries, from construction to security.

We are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join our Runcorn manufacturing site.

You be a key link to the Site by providing direct support to the depot manager and leading other team members.


Description

  • Ensure Quality standards are maintained.
  • Ensure targets are achieved and maintained.
  • Carry out induction process for new starters
  • Ensure all incidents/accidents are investigated and prompt corrective actions taken.
  • To ensure staff placement and training needs are carried out on shift.
  • Maintenance issues to be highlighted and dealt with via communication with the Engineering team.
  • Maintain training matrices and highlight areas that require attention.
  • Input all hours on crew sheet in a timely manner.
  • Housekeeping to standards required.
  • Ensure all required PPE is worn and in good condition.
  • Be able to conduct Disciplinary investigations (Desirable)
  • Be able to communicate effectively (With both operators and management teams).

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role (Desirable)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • The ability to build relationships with operators.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
