Responsibilities:


An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our

Admin Team

at Locala Community Partnerships in Calderdale.
This is a permanent full-time position working 37.

5hrs, the working hours are between days:

Monday to Friday - 4days 08:30am - 17:00hrs, 1day 08:30am - 14:00hrs on a flexible rota basis.


Applicants should be excellent communicators with good telephone skills, have the ability to deal with the public on a daily basis and have a positive approach to customer care.

The role will involve providing administration support to a wide range of Health Professionals and their services, children aged 0-5 years and their families throughout Calderdale and other areas.

A car owner/driver is desirable as you may be asked to travel but this is not essential for this role.


It is a necessity that applicants have a good general education as well as numeracy skills, a very good standard of typing, IT skills, experience, and a good all-round knowledge of patient electronic records within the NHS is desirable but not essential.

You will be enthusiastic, willing to learn, eager to play an effective part in a very busy office environment and be able to use your own initiative.

Role specific training will be given.
