Health and Safety Administrator - The Role:
- The maintenance of SHEQ Records
- Maintenance of the incident event database
- Facilitation of the Supplier Approval process
- Maintenance of the Inspection Records
- Maintenance of the Waste records and create associated reports
- Maintenance of the Carbon Footprint database
- Maintenance of the internal and external audit records and purchase orders/ contracts
- Generation of Monthly and Quarterly SHEQ review slide packs
- Maintenance of the Accreditation records and monitor certified status
- Issue of Group SHEQ briefings as required
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Capable of working in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to prioritise.
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Strong analytical skills
