Health and Safety Administrator - The Role:

  • The maintenance of SHEQ Records
  • Maintenance of the incident event database
  • Facilitation of the Supplier Approval process
  • Maintenance of the Inspection Records
  • Maintenance of the Waste records and create associated reports
  • Maintenance of the Carbon Footprint database
  • Maintenance of the internal and external audit records and purchase orders/ contracts
  • Generation of Monthly and Quarterly SHEQ review slide packs
  • Maintenance of the Accreditation records and monitor certified status
  • Issue of Group SHEQ briefings as required
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Capable of working in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Strong analytical skills
