Description

This role is mobile and will include a mix of working from home occasionally, travelling to Reading, Milton Keynes and various customer sites across the UK.

Salary:
£60,000 - £70,000

Role Overview:


As part of the senior management team of Pareto you will lead and manage the newly acquired support services cleaning division of Pareto FM across the UK.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of 170 daytime, evening, and specialist cleaning staff in a positive and motivational environment
  • Manage the operational performance of the business unit across multiple clients and performance frameworks. Ensure all key performance indicators (internal and external) are met.
  • Drive and instill a robust operational safety culture across the business ensuring key safety and sustainability metrics are maintained and improved
  • Manage the operational P&L for the business unit, adhering to budgets and continually reforecasting financial outcomes
  • Play an integral part in the organic growth success story of Pareto FM by driving business upsell and cross sell growth across the client base. Contribute positively to the new logo business growth by supporting all pipeline and bid activity
  • Drive continuous improvement across the Pareto customer base and instill a positive cando culture into the operational teams
  • Champion diversity, social value and inclusion across the Support Services division and help to instill these values positively across the wider Pareto business
  • Manage and measure customer satisfaction across the business division ensuring customer interactions, communications and feedback is managed professionally and efficiently

Skills:


  • Have extensive and demonstrable previous in a leadership and client facing soft service focused role
  • Be Highly Customer Focused and understand the need for a customer service framework across the contract at all levels
  • Have a dynamic and infectious character with a clear desire to succeed.
  • Be project management focused and able to plan and execute complex and fastmoving projects.
  • Have demonstrable leadership skills with a clear focus on building and leading teams to success
  • Have sound financial acumen and exhibit good commercial skills
  • Have a high level of written English and report writing and/ or bid writing skills together with excellent IT skills
  • Be an excellent and convincing communicator.
  • Be prepared to have a flexible and innovative approach to working.
  • Real passion and enthusiasm to succeed.
