Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner or Graduate Mental Health Practitioner - Full-time, Monday to Friday, permanent


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner or Graduate Mental Health Practitioner in our adult community mental health service in Uckfield, East Sussex.


Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has been at the forefront in establishing these roles successfully into secondary mental health care.


This post is based at Millwood Assessment and Treatment Service in Uckfield which is a rural town in the heart of the Sussex Countryside within easy reach of the Ashdown Forest and with good links to London and Royal Tunbridge Wells.


The successful applicant will join a friendly, highly skilled, and enthusiastic multi-disciplinary team which provides care for adults with severe or complex mental illness in the local community.

The team comprises consultant psychiatrists, community mental health nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, support and peer workers.
