    Leadership Role: Lead Recruitment Partner

    About the Job

    This is a leadership role that will give you the opportunity to make your mark and leave a lasting impact on our company.

    We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional who can build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership:
      • Accountable for all Hiring Manager engagement across the business.
      • Increase direct hiring to 80% by the end of year 1 and 90% from the end of year 2 onwards.
      • Responsible for delivering diverse shortlists and confirming diverse interview panels.
      • Drive workforce planning and forecasting to help drive client objectives.
      • Advising on recruitment strategy and innovative sourcing techniques.
    • Line Manager Relationship Management:
      • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to the business.
      • Lead monthly in person meetings with key stakeholders to review workforce planning.
      • Conduct face to face intake meetings with line managers to discuss new opportunities.
      • Create job descriptions that are fully in line with legislative requirements.
    • Recruitment Process Management:
      • Manage and deliver a proactive recruitment service.
      • Prioritise direct sourcing to ensure SLA's are achieved.
      • Oversee internal and external advertising.
      • Review shortlisted candidates to ensure they are of the right calibre.
