    Job Title: Finance Administrator

    Energis Recruitment is seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to join our client's team in Newtownabbey, supporting their small finance function.

    This role initially operates on a contract basis with the potential for permanent placement and offers flexible hybrid working arrangements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer invoicing processes efficiently
    • Coordinate Proof of Delivery (POD) management to ensure seamless logistics
    • Develop and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions
    • Process supplier invoices accurately and within set deadlines
    • Perform various finance and administrative duties as required by the business

    Essential Criteria:

    • Proven experience in finance or accounting roles
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • Able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail

    Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

    The successful candidate will be offered a challenging role with a competitive salary range (£26-£27k) plus benefits including a healthcare plan and pension scheme.
