Outcomes & Performance Lead - Band 5

The postholder is accountable for ensuring the delivery and co-ordination of a wide range of performance management data, including clinical activity and staffing data.

This will involve working with the service performance leads and managers and ensuring an integrated approach to providing the wide range of performance reports.

Prepare and deliver reports in a timely and appropriate manner; and provide answers to queries about performance issues.
Develop, modify and enhance Service systems and procedures on an ongoing basis using own initiative.
Staff management - appraisal, training & supervision processes
Participate in activity monitoring & basic audit as required
Induct new staff to appropriate administration systems

Knowledge of the range of administrative procedures including how to set up and maintain office administrative systems
