Recruitment Consultant (Open Source Technology). Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has a desire to work within the Open Source market? Do you want to be part of one of the highest achieving teams within our business, working alongside otherknowledgeable recruiters who will focus on helping you to achieve your own success?

Client Server is looking to hire a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our Open Source team who solely focus on hiring exceptional developers across a variety of technology disciplines (including Python, Ruby, Golang, and ) for our London basedclients.

The team has experienced huge success in the past year, hitting over 200% of target, billing more than £645k, and averaging £16k commission earnings per month.

This is therefore a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated individualwho is seeking a role with life changing earning potential alongside exceptional incentives (we paid over £80k in incentives in 2021 which included holiday vouchers valued up to £6000).

The team enjoy regular socials together and have consistently hit teamincentives including lunch clubs, dinners, and weekly breakfasts.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be joining one of the most interesting and innovative tech areas in the business where you will be responsible for placing quality developers who are at the top of their game, into positions for some of the most excitingcompanies in the world.

This is a hugely impactful role where you will be able to build out entire engineering teams for amazing companies such as AI Start-ups, Tech for Good companies, and Open Banking FinTech's.

You will always have a broad scope of rolesto work (averaging approx. 40 lives roles on an ongoing basis) across a large amount of technology areas enabling you to gain an in-depth knowledge of the Open Source market.

You are an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has a track record of delivering revenue through placements
You're committed to delivering the best possible service to clients and have demonstrable experience managing key accounts with a focus on quality and integrity
You are competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
You are a confident selfassured communicator with experience in managing / mentoring teams to meet and exceed targets
