My client, a top 100 national Law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Partner for their central London office. They have an established reputation and client base, working for international corporations, HNWs and businesses headquartered in the City.

Theteam is consistently ranked highly in the mid market tiers of the Legal 500 and Chambers and their lawyers are best known for contract disputes, fraud, asset tracing, company and partnership disputes (including minority shareholder matters), and claims againstcompany directors.

Other areas of strength include disputes over share and asset purchase agreements, emergency relief, debt recovery, and cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes.

Given the prominence of English law in the global litigation market,the commercial disputes team plays a key strategic role in the firm's presence in London and its offering to international clients.
