Description

We are working with a leading telecommunications company based in Solihull who are looking to employ a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time, ongoing basis.

This is a remote role, where you'd be required to travel into their Solihull offices two to three times per week.

This client is looking to pay £10p/h.


Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Answering any questions customers may have effectively and efficiently.
  • Providing support and comprehensive service or product information to customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure customers are satisfied with the client's services and products.
  • Responsible for delivering a positive customer journey through providing excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through consistent communication and ensuring all customer expectations are both understood and met.
  • Reply to queries proactively and escalate to relevant managers if required.

To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor you will require:

  • Significant experience in dealing with customer service complaints and queries.
  • The ability to communicate with customers effectively, with strong negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work to deadlines.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£10.00 per hour
