Background

Formally known as BCF Technology and ECM (Echo Control Medical), IMV imaging is the dedicated veterinary imaging department of IMV Technologies.

We are world leaders in veterinary imaging including ultrasound, X-ray, digital image management (PACS), CT and MRI.

Job Purpose

To ensure that there is a seamless link between the sales process, logistics and after sales service for the distributed x-ray equipment.

The tasks involve co-ordinating and collation of key information;

For service engineers:
support engineers in all aspects of service calls

For suppliers:
order processing; ensuring delivery deadlines are met, arranging install detail.

For customers:
ensuring all equipment is delivered and installed; arranging service contracts and service support through third party suppliers.

A good understanding of IT systems is preferable.

Primarily within three areas:

Service
Logistics
Service

& Support

Service
In conjunction with the service engineers; Preparation of Letters, quotations and general information.

Fulfilment of marketing initiatives.

Managing the demonstration and loan equipment for both x-ray and ultrasound and ensuring that this is in the correct location to ensure an effective demonstration and loan process.

Diary & travel management as required for service team.

General administrative tasks for service engineers.

Logistics
Managing the process of order, installation and post install training. This will include managing site specific issues relating to IT networks, physical location.

Significant co-ordinating and 'pulling' of resources to ensure set up and effective delivery of products on time.

Service & Support
Ensuring post sale documentation and service contract paperwork is put in place to cover customer equipment and expectations. Managing rolling year on year contracts to ensure continuous cover (and BCF income stream)

£22,000.00 per year
