Greenleaf Hygiene Solutions (Scotland) Ltd are an Independent Washroom Hygiene Services and Clinical Waste company, based in East Kilbride. We place great emphasis on delivering a quality service at value for money. Our fleet of service vehicles cover most of mainland Scotland.

Our main goal as a company is to ensure that our customers are happy and to continue to grow the business by expanding our customer base.

We are looking to recruit a reliable, switched on and well organised Administrator for a varied role.


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • A very high standard of MS Office skills (word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Confident and effective communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Analytically minded.
  • Able to work using own initiative.
  • Polite and friendly manner
  • Effective in organizing and prioritising.

THE JOB IS

  • Answering calls and diverting to the relevant team.
  • Processing contracts sold by our Sales Team
  • Liaising with clients and service staff regards arranging product installation
  • Liaising with clients regards potential contract amendments.
Full training will be given.


We would like to hear from people who would be happy working within a friendly office environment and happy to be "hands on" with any task that presents itself.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 9 to 5pm and Friday 9 to 3pm.

Salary is dependent on experience.
