Customer service representative, internal sales representative, inbound sales

Salary:
Competeive

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 5 Saturday mornings.

We are hiring a Customer Service sales representative to join our client based in Halesowen.

As Internal Sales representative, you will be providing excellent service to customers through the sale of goods across a product range.

Key responsibilities as our Internal Sales will include:

Processing and raising purchase orders based on customer requests and enquiries.
Sourcing prices for products and delivery costs from suppliers.
Using the IT system to accurately identify, source and price items.
Recording enquiries, orders, invoices, and other documentation.

Skills & Attributes

Valid UK driving licence
Experience dealing with MRO products or working in an engineering/sales environment.
Knowledge of Industrial products
Good level of communication and numerical skills.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£56,861.40 per year
