Overview:


We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Bingo Club Management Team Members at all levels from supervisors, assistant managers to managers.

Your role will be to oversee the daily operations within our clubs with a remit to ensure our customers have a great fun experience every visit.


As an independent bingo operator based on the outskirts of the beautiful Lake District we operate a standard 4 day working week for management team members, so you can have that all important work/life balance.

We operate five bingo clubs and these are all managed at a local level, overseen by our bingo operations manager, so you get to decide what works best for your club and your customers


As management team members, you will be responsible for setting policy and promotions, for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization within the club.


Duties:


  • Manage all aspects of club operations, including policy and promotions, staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Ensure exceptional customer services by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized club environment, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Implementing club policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with other club management teams to coordinate events and promotions across the group
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct regular inspections to meet health and safety regulations at the club
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the bingo industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in basic math calculations for financial management
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proven experience in supervising staff members

Pay:
£26,500.00-£49,000.00 per year
