The Role
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our rapidly growing scale up agency focused in the Salesforce space.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Transform business requirements into functional specifications design, build and implement high quality solutions in a timely, accurate manner.
- Implement and manage account provisioning, permissions, permission sets, roles and hierarchies
- Create, manage and optimize objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, approval processes, process builders and flows to expand upon, automate and improve complex business processes
- Act as a liaison between consultants, customers and development team with first line technical support and troubleshooting
- Work directly with the technical architect and program manager to estimate development days. Plan, prioritise and deliver work according to release schedule, ensure ontime successful delivery
- Take responsibility for regression and functional testing including devising and documenting test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments
- Devise and develop customer facing training plans, materials, and documentation to support rollouts
- Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers and other members of the extended team
- Work with consultants and customers to turn business requirements into meaningful and insightful reports and dashboards
- Support presales activities by building and facilitating Salesforce demo sessions
- Extend our resource through the engagement of offshore development teams
- Additional duties as assigned
You:
Knowledge and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent; 3+ year's work experience
- 3+ years Salesforce experience, Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud consultant certification beneficial
- Understanding of relational databases
- Advanced Excel/ETL/Data Loader skills required
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Soft Skills required
- Capable of demonstrating a very sharp learning curve to become productive, enthusiastic and dependable quickly
- Knowledge of the organisational structure and culture to help build relationships with key stakeholders and user groups
- Excellent communication, motivational and presentation skills
- Be able to multitask, commit to meeting targets with competing priorities and deadlines across multiple key stakeholders
- Detail & results oriented, takes the initiative and makes things happen in a fastpaced golive environment
- Ability to dissect business requirements and return high quality solutions that meet expectations.
- A solid understanding of business processes
