Administration Officer (Part time)
Maternity Cover - September to December


20 hours per week, Grade 5

Actual Salary £12,280 pa

Monday & Tuesday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 8am-1.00pm

Term-time only, all inset days.

To commence:
September 2023

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to provide high quality administrative support to the Deputy Headteacher and Leadership Team on a maternity cover basis.

This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, can work well under pressure and a large proportion of the role will involve assisting in event planning.

Additionally, you will be required to help with administrative duties and provide support to the Office Manager and Headteacher's PA.

To be considered for the role, excellent IT, communication skills and a passion for education are essential. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous and to be able to demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication. This is a fast-paced environment and you must be able to work to tight deadlines. Support will also be required to cover in the absence of reception staff.
