You will be working in one of Norwich's leading employers in a team which is critical for the finance function to succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity to join their growing finance team based at their Head Office in Norwich. This role operates on ahybrid basis.

It is essential that you can demonstrate a blend of industry training with commercial experience, demonstrating;

Recognised finance and/or accounting qualification
ACCA, ACA or CIMA
Proven experience in a senior commercial finance position, ideally within a business partnering role
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of tailoring your presentation of information to your audience
Solution driven, capable of contributing to business planning through sound financial understanding, analysis and advice
Capable of working autonomously where required, as well as being able to collaborate in a team environment

The role requires a keen focus on data quality, validation and reconciliation across data sets from multiple systems. Attention to detail and pro-active review of data is critical for this role.

Accountant/qualified or a proven track record of working with finance data
Attention to detail with strong data analytical skills
Self motivated with the confidence to contact users to resolve issues
Expert user of MS Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong English language skills, able to present data & functional information in a manner that is easy to understand
A logical approach to problem solving.
