Senior Sales Executive

Northampton & Milton Keynes

£30,000 per annum plus uncapped commission, car allowance and benefits


Our well-established and growing client based in Northampton and Milton Keynes are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their team due to continuous growth with a focus on developing their Milton Keynes client base.


As this role will be predominantly focused on the development of their Milton Keynes portfolio, the role will mainly be based in Milton Keynes however, you will be required to attend the Northampton office on occasion.

A car allowance and milage will beprovided.


Key Duties:


  • To generate income and profit for the business through the recruitment of members and increased use of paid for services across Milton Keynes via cold calling, networking and social selling.
  • Proactively utilise multiple methods to identify a strong pipeline of new business. Generate interest through social platforms.
  • Research target market and use skills and experience to recruit new members
  • Proactively create opportunities for themselves and colleagues to meet and influence key decision makers in order to develop the client's business
  • Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through execution of lead generation activities.
  • Continuous prospecting through Linkedin and other data sources
  • Employ personal and professional skills to create opportunities for fee earning products and services to match client's needs and income generation targets
  • Make 40+ calls daily into target accounts
  • Develop working partnerships with colleagues to fully understand the business support available across the company for the benefit of Members
  • Using personal skills and knowledge discuss and agree with clients' priorities for future action and growth
  • Respond promptly to enquiries both internally and externally
  • Use networking opportunities to promote the benefits of a membership
  • Meet or exceed targets within the Business Plan

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Relevant experience in a B2B sales environment
  • High levels of influencing, persuading, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately both verbally and in writing to all levels
  • Excellent IT skills with previous experience of client management systems
  • Good presentation skills
  • High levels of drive and self motivation
  • Target driven
  • Flexible approach to working.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as on own initiative.
  • Access to Transport and a UK driving licence
