Are you an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a primary school?

We are looking for an experienced and caring Teaching Assistant to join our school based in
Northampton on a full-time basis starting immediately.

You will provide exceptional educational and social support for children in our primary school who have additional needs such as
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)needs.

As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Providing support and guidance to pupils to ensure their learning objectives are met
Using specialist skills to help promote a positive learning environment
Assisting in lesson preparation and ensuring resources are up to date
Working alongside the class teacher to ensure pupils wellbeing is promoted
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with pupils and staff
